Privacy Policy

ŞantiyePro ("the App") is developed by Temel Yazılım. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the App, why we process it, and the rights you have. It is GDPR- and KVKK-compliant.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email, phone — used only for sign-in and account management.
• Content data: Projects, payments, contracts, invoices, photos and documents you create. Stored only against your account.
• Device and technical data: Device model, OS version, app version, language, and aggregate usage stats (via Firebase Analytics + Firebase Performance).
• Crash reports: Automatic technical logs sent when the app crashes — no personal content (Firebase Crashlytics).
• Purchase data: Subscription state and trial status. Card details are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play; we never store card numbers.
• Push notification token: Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver notifications.

3. Why We Process Data

• To provide the service and manage your account
• To verify subscription and handle billing
• To respond to support requests
• To diagnose crashes and performance issues
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your data. We share with the following processors only as needed:

• Apple Inc. and Google LLC — subscription payment and verification.
• Google (Firebase) — notifications, crash reports, anonymous usage analytics.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — server hosting (EU / Frankfurt).
• Authorities, when required by law.

5. Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all your content is permanently erased within 30 days. Records subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. invoices) are kept for the period required by law.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

• Access your data
• Request correction
• Request deletion — from the app: Menu → Delete My Account
• Object to processing
• Port your data to another service

To exercise your rights, write to destek@santiyepro.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

7. Children

The App is not designed for users under 13. If we learn we have collected data from this age group, we erase it immediately.

8. Changes

We update this page when the policy changes; for material changes we also notify you in-app.
