Welcome to ŞantiyePro ("the App"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General

The App is provided by Temel Yazılım. It helps construction professionals manage their projects, workers, payments, and contracts.

2. Account and Usage

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The App and its features may not be used for illegal activities.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed via the App Store or Google Play. They automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temel Yazılım shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app settings.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
